Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of members of Kaleidoscope Theatre Productions Society (the “Society”) will be held on Thursday, March 27th at 6:30pm for the following purposes:

• To approve the minutes from the 2022-2023 AGM;
• To receive the President’s, and Executive Director’s Reports;
• To receive and approve the financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended May 31, 2024;
• To ratify and confirm the Directors and Officers acts and proceedings for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2024;
• To appoint the auditors of the Society for the fiscal year 2024/2025;
