Sponsorship
For 50 years, Victoria’s Kaleidoscope Theatre for Young People has delighted the imaginations of over 3 million young people around the world – often providing children with their first live theatre experience. With continued cutbacks to the arts, Kaleidoscope Theatre for Young People, a registered charitable society, relies on fundraising events and the generous support from many individuals, businesses, and donors to keep our mission alive for new generations. This is where you come in.
Young people are our passion, and your support will assist us in removing barriers and creating opportunities that ensure our city’s young people have access to affordable theatre experiences and quality theatre training.
As a not-for-profit charity, ticket sales, performing arts studio registrations, and studio rentals provide only 50% of the revenue needed to meet our programming and production expenses. The generosity and continued support of our donor family plays a vital role in sustaining our programs each year.
Live theatre encourages young people to develop critical and creative thinking. It fosters imagination, and a love for the arts – something that will stick with a child for a very long time.
The generous support from individuals who understand the importance of arts organizations to our cities vitality is what enables us to continue to provide high quality professional theatrical experiences for young people on Vancouver Island.
We invite you to join our family of supporters. Every donation, large or small, makes a world of difference in our ability to inspire young people in our community.
Thank you for helping us ignite imaginations and growing new generations of theatre lovers on Vancouver Island.
