We are a proud member of the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres (PACT) and engage professional artists under the terms of the Canadian Theatre Agreement, working with artists who are members of the Canadian Actors’ Equity Association. Kaleidoscope is an employer of professional artists and educators. From actors, designers, and stage managers to administrative staff and teaching artists at the Kaleidoscope Performing Arts Studio, the people who bring our work to life are paid professionals. Kaleidoscope Theatre for Young People is one of BC's leading companies creating theatre for young audiences, currently producing and presenting a 3 play season and operating a theatre school that educates over 800 young people annually. Administratively housed in Victoria’s Old Town District, Kaleidoscope works throughout the Capital Region, entertaining and inspiring young people and their families.
