NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of members of Kaleidoscope Theatre Productions Society (the “Society”) will be held on Tuesday, November 16th at 6:00pm for the following purposes:
All voting members in good standing are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting.
Join us for a recap of our 2020/21 season and hear about Kaleidoscope’s plans for the future.
The Annual General Meeting will feature reports from Executive Director Pat Rundell and Society President Bethany Wilson.
The Annual General Meeting of the Society will take place in-person at 6:00pm on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021 at the Kaleidoscope Arts Centre located at 613 Pandora Avenue.
Members are requested to register and RSVP in advance. Please email Kelsey Cain, Production & Administrative Coordinator, at kelsey@kaleidoscope.bc.ca to register or if you have any questions. Members are requested to RSVP by November 12th.
Non-Medical Face Masks are required to be worn when inside the Kaleidoscope Arts Centre. In compliance with the PHO, all attendees ages 12+ need to be prepared to show proof of vaccination status through the BC Vaccine Card when attending our facilities. Proof of vaccination must be accompanied by government-issued photo id. Failure to provide proof may result in you being unable to attend and service denied.
