• To receive school matinee pricing, groups attending must be 10 people or more. Tickets must be purchased for all people attending in the group, including adults.
• You can adjust the number of seats in your booking at any time up to 2 weeks prior to the performance date, however, no more than 50% of the initial invoice can be refunded. Additional seats are subject to availability.
• All invoices are required to be paid in full 2 weeks before the performance date. Outstanding payments may incur a 5% penalty.
• For Students who are absent on the day of the show, Kaleidoscope will credit your school's account up to a maximum of five (5) seats. Credits are valid for one year.
