Summer Musical Theatre Intensive – Performance Camp

With only 8 days of rehearsal and one day of tech to mount a production, from casting to stage and a weekend of public performances, this is an intensive musical theatre program for those with a passion to perform! Participants form meaningful bonds, share their talents, gain a wide array of fresh skills and discover new potential. This two-week program culminates in a final performance.

Kaleidoscope’s Musical Theatre Intensive is enhanced by a variety of workshops, designed to develop students’ skills in dance, voice, stage combat, acting and theatre production work. This program runs from 9:00am-4:00pm Monday through Saturday, and participants will work with Kaleidoscope’s esteemed production team of directors, designers, music directors, and choreographers, to rehearse and present a book musical with sound, lights, sets, and costumes.  Culminates in a multi-performance run of shows for friends and family.

Kaleidoscope’s Play Date Creation Box is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Create and star in your very own play right from the comfort of your home. One box is best suited for families/groups of up to 4 people, but the number of participants can be as many or as few as you wish.

Break open the seal for a creatively-curated kit that includes everything you need for your own theatrical adventure! The Play Date Creation Box includes an original fill-in-the-blank choose your own adventure script, simple craft and prop supplies, digital resources including sound effects, original music, a choreography instructional video, play specific props, easy-to-follow instructions, lots of DIY projects – and a whole lot more!
